Agreement

By using Reliqa at https://reliqa.io, including submitting the early access waitlist form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit your information.

Private beta

Reliqa is offered as a limited private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific onboarding date, or continued availability. We may approve, defer, or decline requests at our discretion while we onboard teams in small batches.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or beta access. That includes:

• Submitting false or misleading waitlist information
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service without permission
• Using the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Your content and URLs

If you share URLs, product details, or testing objectives with us, you represent that you have the authority to provide that information for evaluation and onboarding purposes.

Disclaimers

The website and beta service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during early access. QA results reflect the objective and run conditions tested. A pass does not mean your product is free of defects, and the service may change or be interrupted during beta.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliqa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or beta service.
